Steps to Sign Up:

1. Review Information Form Safety Patrol Program
2. Parents provide contact information and approve their students participation
3. Students write an essay on why they want to be on Safety Patrol
4. Complete Teacher Approval/Referral Sheet
5. Review 2023-24 Calendar
   
   
   

NOTE: 4th Graders that served in 2023 that wish to serve on next year's Safety Patrol will be Captains, and they do not need to complete the essay or teacher referral sheets.
